NOTICE OF AND INVITATION TO THE ROBERTSON HERITAGE RAILWAY STATION (RHRS) INC
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR 2020
Please note that the Robertson Heritage Railway Station Inc. will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 16 September, 2020, at 3pm, followed by light refreshments. The meeting will be held at the Fettlers Shed Gallery at the Robertson Heritage Railway Station.
Current members, new members, anyone wishing to become a member of the committee and friends of RHRS Inc are always welcome at this meeting and any meetings throughout the year.
This is a very important meeting for RHRS in terms of its future. Your attendance would very much be appreciated. See Agenda.
Covid19:
It should be noted that RHRS will need to strictly comply with Covid19 restrictions set down by the NSW Department of Health. Presently the limitations allow us to accommodate 11 persons in the gallery for us to comply with the four-square metre per person requirement. Hand sanitizer will be available and must be used by all who enter the gallery and remember to maintain a 1.5 metre distance between yourself and others. If you feel unwell you must not attend the meeting. The room will have been thoroughly cleaned beforehand.
Given the changing pandemic situation if there is an alteration to these restrictions then we may need to review the above.
Please advise if you are coming to the AGM since we need to know numbers to ensure that we comply with the pandemic requirements as well as for catering purposes.
