Waratah Month - October
Robertson at this time of year boasts a mass display of waratahs in full flower around the railway line at the Robertson Railway Station, as well as magnificent flower displays in the walks on the common.
Waratah plants and cut flowers are available for sale at the station on the October long weekend.
Cut flowers, live plants, and packages of seeds for sale on the day.
Waratahs in bloom throughout the gardens. Best viewing is usually in the first 2 weeks of October, but may vary due to seasonal events.
Plant Sales
Potted red flowering waratah plants grown from seed harvested at the railway station as well as limited stocks of hybrid plants with red, white, yellow or pink flowers are available this year. Plants may be pre-ordered from mid-September.
Plants, flowers and seed available on the Long Weekend of 3rd, 4th and 5th October 2026 and prices to be advised.
