3. Passing, or otherwise, of the Minutes of the 2020 RHRS AGM (available here), which were circulated previously.

5. Treasurer’s Financial Report (available here) to be passed – Anne Wilson

8. Introduction of Returning Officer Robert Goldsack, who will declare all office-bearing positions VACANT.
9. Returning Officer to preside over the election of the following positions:-
· PRESIDENT
· VICE-PRESIDENT
· SECRETARY
· TREASURER
· (IDEALLY) THREE ADDITIONAL PERSONS TO THE RHRS MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
10. Returning Officer to hand back to retiring President (Ian Wallace) to thank the Returning Officer, make his closing comments and introduce the newly-elected President
