The "Easter Bunny" comes to Robertson on Easter Saturday

“Ester Bunny Steam Train” trips on Saturday, 15 April 2017
On Saturday, 15 April 2017, the Heritage Express arm of Transport Heritage NSW (formerly NSW Rail Transport Museum) operated four steam-hauled shuttle services from Moss Vale station to Robertson and return. Termed the “Easter Bunny Steam Train”, these shuttles departed from Moss Vale station at the following times: 10.30am; 12.00 noon; 2.15pm and 3.45pm, each return trip taking approximately 60 minutes.
This was an opportunity to visit the Robertson station to see the big green steam locomotive 3642, its heritage carriages and heritage diesel locomotive arrive and depart several times during the day. The railway station museum, the Fettlers Shed gallery and the picturesque station grounds with picnic facilities were open for visitors to enjoy between 9.30am and 4.00pm.
