9. President to declare all 2018/2019 office-bearers’ positions vacant and to hand over Chair to Returning Officer, Peter Glass
10. Returning Officer to preside over election of office-bearers for 2019/2020 as follows:

    • Appoint up to four additional persons to the RHRS Management Committee
